This weekend Martin Farrington headed to Aldershot Raceway at Pegasus Village. The Aldershot Raceway is a 350 metre tarmac oval track with a steel plate barrier. The spectators can get close to the action at Aldershot due to the close proximity between the racing and the spectator.
Martin got a 7th Place result in heat one, however heat two wasn't so kind.
Martin commented "Race 2 didn't quite go to plan got up to 4th, and car was flying but locked up and slid wide into fence. Wishbone, shocker, steering arm and front clip damage put me out for the day, all part of the learning curve but hopefully I'l be racing at Hednesford next Monday. Many thanks to Watkiss Racing who have given me a fantastic car this year
Also well done to my team mate #42 Paul Sweeney on a brilliant drive to win the final"
